The Board of India Radiators at its meeting held on 20 November 2018 has approved the resignation of P. Subramanyam, Company Secretary with effect from 23 November 2018 . The Board considered a proposal for the sale of land and buildings at Puzal either in full or in parts, and has authorised K.
