The Board of India Steel Works at its meeting held on 15 June 2018 discussed and is contemplating to reorganize the business to achieve among other matters a) operational ease of manufacturing and compliance, b) better funding and utility of the manufacturing facility of Company, c) efficient business model and other transaction benefits.
