Indo-Asian Projects announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 July 2014, has transacted the following businesses:1. Appointed K. Rambabu as Managing Director cum Chief Executive officer of the Company.
2. Appointed G. Prabhakar Setti as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
3. Appointed M/s. VCSR & Associates, Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditors of the Company.
4. Appointed M/s. Sreedhar Mohan & Associates as Internal Auditors of the Company.
5. Considered to change the name of the Company to M/s. Indo-Asian Foods & Commodities or such other name as may be approved by Registrar of Companies.
