Indo Borax & Chemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 March 2015, has approved the following:1. The Indo Borax & Chemicals (IBCL) is holding 60% shares in Indoborax Infrastructure (IIPL) and balance 40% were held by promoters of Indo Borax & Chemicals. The Company has purchased balance 40% shares of Indoborax Infrastructure (IIPL) held by promoters.
2. The appointment of Pravin Chavan, as Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personal of the company under the Companies Act 2013 with effect from 31 March 2015.
Further Board has also approved the appointment of Pravin Chavan as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from the said date.
