The Board of Indo National at its meeting held on 05 December 2017 approved to provide corporate guarantee of Rs 8.50 crore to HDFC Bank on behalf of its step one subsidiary - Kineco. The Competition Commission of India is investigating the zinc carbon dry cell battery industry including the Company in relation to cartelisation.
