Industrial Investment Trust announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 August 2015, inter alia, have accorded to the following:1. Re-appointment of Dr. B. Samal as an Executive Chairman of the Company for a further period of three years with effect from 24 January 2016 to 23 January 2019 subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. Adoption of new set of Articles of Association of the Company containing regulations in conformity with the Companies Act, 2013, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
