Innoventive Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 October 2015, inter alia, has concluded the following business :1. The Notice to the Members for the ensuing 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company scheduled to be held on 23 November 2015.
2. Ravindra Katre, Whole Time Director of the Company resigned from the post as Whole Time Director with immediate effect and continued as Director of Company.
