Integrated Capital Services announced that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 14 July 2017 transacted the following -Apply to Registrar of Companies to seek extension of time for period of three months for holding AGM of the Company for the current year. The same is necessitated due to the requirement of adopting merged accounts by shareholders of the Company upon the Hon'ble NCLT approving the Scheme of merger of Deora Associates with the Company, which is expected to be received within the proposed extended time.
The Board of Directors discussed the unaudited financial results and consolidated results with subsidiary companies for the quarter ended 30 June 2017. The said accounts had been drawn up for the first time in accordance with Ind-AS. The discussion on the unaudited financial results were not concluded and it was decided to continue the meeting on 15 July 2017, at the registered office of the Company. The continued meeting will consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company and consolidated results with subsidiary companies for the quarter ended 30 June 2017.
