Intellivate Capital Ventures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 November 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following:1. Appointed S. V. Rao as the Additional and Independent Director on the Board of the Company.
2. Constituted Committees as per the requirement of section 177 and 178 of the Companies Act, 2013, Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement and any other applicable provisions.
3. Appointed Secretarial Auditor:
In pursuance to Section 204(1) of the Companies Act, 2013, the Board appointed M/s. SRM & Co., Practicing Company Secretary, as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for conducting the audit for the financial year 2014-15.
