Intense Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 May 2015, inter alia, has:1. Reviewed the operations of the Company and its subsidiaries.
2. Taken a note on (i) Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) and (ii) Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders formulated and adopted in the Management Meeting held on 14 May 2015.
