Jattashankar Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 March 2015, has passed the following resolutions:1. Seema Poddar is appointed as Additional Director (Women Director as non-executive Director) as per requirement of Clause 49 (II) A(1) with immediate effect.
2. Prakash Purohit is appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as per provision of Section 203 of Companies Act 2013 with immediate effect.
3. Vaidehi Jha is appointed as company Secretary as per provision of Section 203 of Companies Act 2013 and she is also appointed as Compliance officer with immediate effect.
