JHS Svendgaard Laboratories announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 May 2017 has transacted the following -Taken note of change in name of subsidiary company from JHS Svendgaard Dental Care to JHS Svendgaard Brands.
The Board also reviewed capital expenditure on capacity creation. The Company is investing Rs 30 crore in capital equipment(s) and is investing towards setting up additional manufacturing unit.
