JK Cement announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 May 2014, inter alia, has appointed Paul Hugentobler as an Additional Director in the Board of the Company to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.The board has taken note of the resignation of an Independent Director J P Bajpai from the Board of the Company with effect from 31 March 2014 due to ill health.
