The Board of Joindre Capital Services at its meeting held on 14 November 2017 approved the following -Change in main object clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company by addition of new clause relating to acquiring membership of Commodities and Derivatives Exchanges and to carry on business of broking in all kinds of commodities and derivatives.
