Kalyani Forge announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 January 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:1. The Board considered and approved the appointment of Anushanethri V. as KMP designated as "Company Secretary and Compliance Officer" (Based on the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee).
2. Board also considered and approved the re-appointment of Rohini Kalyani as a Managing Director of the Company for the period of five years commencing from 29 January 2015 (Based on the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee).
