2. Approval of Appointment and Designation of Kishni Trivedi as Company Secretary/Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel w.e.f. 29 December 2015.
3. Board took note of Resignation of Sreevidya Chintam as director of the Company w.e.f. 30 December 2015.
