Kesar Enterprises announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 July 2016, inter alia, has :1. Appointed M A Kuvadia as an Additional Director who will hold the office till the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. Re-appointed Shri H R Kilachand, as Chairman & Managing Director for a period of 3 years from 14 August 2016 subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
3. Reconstituted the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
