The Board of Directors of Khandwala Securities at its meeting held on 12 December 2016 approved the following -Acceptance of change in designation of Pranav Khandwala from Whole Time Director to Non Executive Director with effect from 04 December 2016 due to moving towards new assignments.
Took note of the resignation of Pranav Khandwala from the post of Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 04 December 2016.
