Kreon Finnancial Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 August 2014, has approved the following:-1. The Board considered and approved the appointment of Sangita Tatia as the Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) as per section 203 of the New Companies Act, 2013.
2. The Board approved the appointment of Secretarial Auditor.
3. The Board approved the appointment of Internal Auditor.
4. The Board adopted the new Altered Memorandum and Articles of Association as per the New Companies Act, 2013.
