Kriti Nutrients announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2014, has approved the following:1. Suresh Chandra Jajoo has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 01 September 2014.
2. Sumit Jaitely, Company Secretary of the Company has been appointed as Key Managerial Person and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 01 September 2014.
