Lalit Polymers & Electronics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 July 2014, have taken the following decisions:1. Approval of Notice of Postal ballot along with the Explanatory Statements and format of Postal Ballot Form.
2. Appointment of the Scrutinizer.
3. Nominating Sanjay Chana, Director and Vandana Singh, Company Secretary to be responsible for entire Postal Ballot process.
4. Fixing cut -off date i.e. 16 July 2014 to finalize list of Shareholders.
5. Approval of calender of events.
