Le Waterina Resorts & Hotels announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 August 2014, inter alia, has approved the following:

1. Reappointment of M/s. N. Balasubramaniam Associates as Auditors.

2. Appointment of Aditya Jalan as Independent Director.

3. Appointment of Parthiban Balasubramaniam as Independent Director.

4. Appointment of Jaganath Jothi as Independent Director.

5. To Borrow monies.

7. To charge on the assets of the Company.

8. To approve the Related party transaction.
