Ludlow Jute & Specialities announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 May 2014, has appointed B M Thakkar as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 years with effect from 09 May 2014, under section 196, 197 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Schedule V of the said Act.This appointment is subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company in the ensuing Annual general meeting of the Company.
