Mahamaya Steel Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:1. Appointment of M/s. S. C. Mohanty & Associates as a Cost Auditor to perform cost audit for the year financial year 2015-16.
2. Taken note of resignation of Devarshi Pandey from the post of Chief Financial Officer.
