Sarweswara Reddy & Associate, the Practicing Company Secretary, Hyderabad, as a Scrutinizer for voting in 24th Annual General Meeting.
2. Alteration of object Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company.
3. Alteration of Articles of Association of Company as per the Companies Act, 2013.
