2. The Board and the committee hereby proposed to appoint following directors in the 22nd Annual General Meeting:

(b) Yatish Harkisondas Shah - As Director
(c) Bina Rashmikant Acharya - as an Alternate Director of Yatish Harkisondas Shah
(d) Hemant P. shah - as an Independent Director.
