Marvel Web Solutions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2015, inter alia, has passed the following resolutions :1. The Board was informed that Khushbu Rathi has been appointed as director of the Company and Saurabh Rathi expressed his inability to continue as member of the Board due to his pre-occupancy. The Board has accepted resignation of Saurabh Rathi from the Board and Audit Committee and appointed Khushbu Rathi as Director of the Company.
2. The Board was also informed regarding change in Registered office of the Company. It was decided to shift the Registered office of the Company to following address :
