Prasad Rao, Statutory Auditor of the Company passed away.Hence, the Board of Directors of the Company, in the Board Meeting held on 05 September 2014, have appointed S. K. Bang & Co., Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad as the Statutory Auditors because of the Casual Vacancy in the office of Auditors.
Further, the appointment of S. K. Bang & Co., Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad as the Statutory Auditors will be put forward for ratification by the members in the ensuing general meeting.
