Matru Smriti Traders announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 May 2014, has decided to consider & approve the following matter:1. To adopt new letterhead of the Company as per Section 12 of the companies Act, 2013.
2. To authorise Board to advance any loan or make any investments as per Section 186 of companies Act, 2013.
