Mercator announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 February 2015, inter alia, has noted Shalabh Mittal's letter dated 31 December 2014 regarding withdrawal of his appointment from the office of Joint Managing Director effective from 01 January 2015. He will however; continue to act as Additional Director of the Company.
