Appointment of Kekin Furiya as Managing Director & Compliance Officer of the Company & Resignation of Manoharlal Saraf & Geeta Saraf from the post of Directorship.
2. The Registered office of the Company has been changed from C-2/104, Eksar Road, Yogi Nagar, Borivali (West), Mumbai - 400091 to Shop no. 2. Near Samudra Country Bar, Menezes Wadi, Prabhat Colony Road, Santacruz (East), Mumbai - 400 055 with immediate effect.
