MT Educare announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 May 2014, inter alia, had:1. Allotted 11,953 equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 each under ESOP 2011 - II Scheme to 32 Employees of the Company.
2. 2nd interim dividend 2013-14 shall be paid on 30 May 2014
3. Formed a board level Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
