Naolin Enterprises announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:1. Change of name from Naolin Enterprises to Taaza International or such other name as may be approved by the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh.
2. To take shareholders approval for the above point (1) by way of postal ballot.
3. Change in Designation of A Srinivas as Executive Director cum Chief Financial Officer.
