Nelcast announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 May 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following:1. The directors have recommended a final dividend of 20% i.e. Rs. 0.40 per share of Rs. 2/- paid-up for the financial year 2015 -16 subject to the approval of shareholders.
2. The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on August 04, 2016.
