OnMobile Global announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2015, inter alia, has:1. Considered and recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ending 31 March 2015 subject to approval by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. Approved appointment of Sanjay Baweja as an Independent non-executive additional director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 28 May 2015.
