Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals announced that K N Venkatasubramanian, (Non-Executive, Independent Director) has been designated as the Chairman of the Company and consequent to this, K Raghavendra Rao has been re-designated as the Managing Director of the Company.The above have been approved by the Board at its meeting held on 12 May 2014.
