P I Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 July 2015, inter-alia, decided the following matters:1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Board has appointed Jayashree Satagopan as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 28 July 2015.
2. Rajnish Sarna, Whole-time Director of the Company who was also holding the position of Chief Financial Officer has relinquished his office as Chief Financial Officer w.e.f. 28 July 2015. However, he shall continue to hold the office of Whole-time Director of the Company.
