PAL Credit & Capital announced that the Board of Directors of the Company during their Meeting held on 09 May 2014 appointed Chartered Finance Management having their office at 2nd Floor, Wakefield House, Sprott Road, Ballard Estate, Mumbai - 400 038 as Merchant Banker for the Rights Issue of the Company.
