Parle Software announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 March 2015, inter alia, have taken on record and approved the following business:-1. Appointment of Chanda Garg as Additional Woman Director on the Board of the Company.
2. Appointment of Sheena Karkera - "Chief Financial Officer (CFO)" of the Company.
3. M/s. Monika Thanvi & Associate, Practicing Company Secretary, has been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company, for the year 2014-15 in pursuance of provisions of Section 204 of The Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 9 of the Companies (Appointment and Remuneration Managerial Personal) Rules 2014.
