Patel Engineering has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 March 2014, inter alia, approved constitution of Allotment Committee consisting of four Directors viz. K Kannan, Chairman of the Committee, Khizer Ahmed, S Jambunathan and Sharad Zalawadia, members of the Committee, for considering allotment of optionally convertible preference shares (OCPS) and equity shares as and when the option is exercised by the proposed OCPS holders.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
