Persistent Systems announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 June 2014, inter alia, has approved:The Notice to the Members for the ensuing 24th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on 26 July 2014.
Subject to approval of the Members at ensuing Annual General Meeting, approved the appointment of Mritunjay Kumar Singh, Chief Operating Officer as an Additional Director (Executive Member) of the Company.
