2. Appointment of Jitin Goyal as Executive Director of the Company.
3. Appointment of Theodore Roosevelt Malloch as Vice Chairman of the Board.
4. Appointment of Christina Pauline Beulah as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 07 November 2014 as per Section 203(1) of the Companies Act, 2013.
