Polymac Thermoformers has announced the the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 24 March 2014 have appointed Abhishek Kumar (as Executive Director), Puja Sharma (as Non Executive Director) and Megha Jain (as Non Executive Direct) with effect from 25 March 2014.The board has approved the resignation of Chetan Roy, Bharat Yadav and Shailesh Kumar Mishra as Executive Directors of the Company with effect from 25 March 2014.
