Prima Plastics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2015, inter alia, the following decision / approval has taken :1. The Board approved the Project to set up Plastic Articles unit at Nicaragua and to incorporate a 100% Subsidiary Company.
2. The Joint Venture Company at Cameroon has taken up expansion project of US$1 million from internal accruals.
