Prudential Sugar Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 November 2014 has transacted the following :1. The Board has ratified and approved the appointment of Nanda Ventures a Company incorporated under the Companies' Act 1956 as Service Provider for the sugar season 2014-15 and further ratified the Operations and Management Agreement entered into by the Company with the Service Provider.
2. The Board has resolved that appropriate changes, as required, be made in the names of authorized signatories for smooth operation of the Company's Bank Account with Bank of India, Puttoor Branch.
