PTC Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 June 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:- The Board has approved the alteration in Articles of Association of the Company and has forwarded the same for approval by the shareholders of the Company in the ensuring 52nd AGM held on 12 August 2015.
