Radford Global announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 November 2014, inter alia, has approved the following:1. The Board noted that opening of the Branch office of the Company at Pune for expansion of business activities relating staffing services in and around Pune and praised the efforts of the Management in expansion and growth of the business of the Company.
2. Approved appointment of Madhu Bansal as the Company Secretary of the Company in the capacity of Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
