Rammaica (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2015, inter alia, have duly approved the following :1. Adoption of new set of Articles of Association as per Companies Act, 2013.
2. Adoption of new set of Memorandum of Association as per Companies Act, 2013.
3. Re-appointment of Auditor for the financial year 2015-2016.
4. Appointment of two Directors of the Company viz. Jitendra Sharma and Kirti Ranchoddas Doshi from 13 August 2015.
