RCI Industries & Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 April 2014, has transacted following businesses:Acceptance of resignation of RPMD & Co, statutory auditor of the Company.
Appointment of RPMD & Associates as new statutory auditor of the Company to fill the casual vacancy pursuant to Section 139(8) of the Companies Act, 2013.
Take note of incorporation of wholly owned foreign subsidiary in the name of RCI WORLD TRADE LINK DMCC in Dubai (UAE).
