Real Touch Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 June 2015, has transacted the following:1. The Board has decided to convene the Annual General Meeting on 14 August 2015 taking the Cut-off date as on 26 June 2015. The Board has appointed M/s. P. D. Randar and Co. as the Scrutinizer of the Company.
2. The Board has appointed Arindam Laha, Chief Financial Officer of the Company as the Compliance officer of the Company.
